I have put on weight! ngeheeeee.
Before this memang nak sangat cecah 45kg, so then i can derma darah. Face tak nampak cengkung sangat etc etc la.
But when i did....
I think better being skinny as before. I am petite, or secara mudahnya tak cukup tinggi. So, kalau berisi tu dia macam cepat je nampak gemuk. I know, people will say "besar tu pun cakap gemok?"
For me, gemok tu subjektif. Kalau orang tinggi, lain definisinya. Kalau yang rendah, lain definisinya.As for me, now! Im in the state of GEMOK. Plus, memang tidak dilahirkan dengan beautiful leg pun, bila berat naik 2.4kgs ni, dia naik di kaki, lengan, dan perut. Dan di bahagian belakang jugak (ayat sopan siket,hehe). So, dia nampak macam ada tak kena.
Aku ni kuat makan, sentiasa mengunyah kalau dekat ofis. Plus, sekarang stay dengan family. Wajib having dinner by 9pm-11pm. Makan malam ni tak bagus tau. Now, here i am.
Besarnya kaki! *Pengsan kejap tengok kaki sendiri*
Situation 1
" I think I dah gemuk la "
" Makan all the time, haha. "
"Too obvious ke?"
"Hey, you still kurus la. Makan all the time pun, kurus jugak"

"OMG, gemuknya you. You paling gemuk among all. You have to do something. I know, you always sorok your gemok behind your big baju,hahaha"

Situation 2
" You know that i hv put on weight, like increasing by 2.4 kg", sambil hirup Coffee.
"Ok la tu, average Asian woman's weight should be in between 45 to 55kg. Ok la average"
"hmm, but... i think i know where's that 2.4 kg goes. Dekat kaki."
"Kaki? Peha kan..?", evil smile.
"Bukan...Kaki. I can feel it when i wear skinny jeans"
"Betis? Itu muscle, banyak jalan kan hari-hari"
"Kot la. But still.."
"Which one better, gemok by muscle ke lemak? Tapi kan, muscle tak leh hilang tau", evil smile again.
"hmmmmmmm..."
"Haha, macam gemok semua je..selalu dia yang perasan orang gemuk,padan muka"
*damn*
Situation 3
" Mbak, saya dah gemok ke?", sambil goreng my frozen banana cheese at 10pm
"haah, gemok."
"betul-betul la mbak"
"Ia, udah gemok dari sebelumnya. Makan terus, gemokla"
*jujursangatni*
Sekarang ni, aku nak tanya, siapa yang bertanggungjawab dalam hal ni?
Mohon sabtu ahad tu rajin siket bangun pagi, tak tidur lepas subuh. Jogging keliling taman. Mohon jugak sparekan mase pergi gym.
Your metabolism keeps decreasing tau. wawawawa~
Kena plan my meals beyul2. Wajib allocate time for exercise. Not only sebab gemok tapi for my own health.
